Some people want to see Nollywood script writers and directors venturing  into new genres that deviate from the usual story-lines in our movies, and if it is a familiar story, create things that will make it worthwhile for the viewers.Hence,we give big-ups to this movie for attempting to tell a common Nollywood story is such an intriguing manner, that will keep you watching till the end.

The movie captures two related young couples, their extended families, the heart wrenching challenges they had to face because of some underlying spiritual issues to resolve.

At first,we are introduced to this loving couple that really knows what marriage is all about and intend to to keep theirs intact. This couple,Tony and Ogechi, played by Ken Erics and Racheal Okonkwo, have no child after 5 years of marriage.Just like the scenario we see in most Nollywood movies,Tony's mother happens to be a big thorn in their flesh.

Shortly,we see the other couple related to Ogechi, who had everything running smoothly for them.Suddenly, out of the blues,on a new year day, their only child died just like that, and other strange events follow suit.

Somewhere in the middle of the movie,Ogechi's mother in-law is being portrayed as not just wicked, but could be the problem of her childlessness due to her diabolical ways.
At this point, most people watching will conclude that she is the brain behind the ugly situation, but that is bound to change when Ogechi conceived and gave birth to his son.The sudden change of her behavior will leave some doubts as to if she was really the problem. There comes the big question;WHO OR WHAT IS BEHIND ALL THAT. However, the joy of this family did not last long because they lost the baby and that made Tony to lose his sanity.

This story is quite common, but the twists and turns that are scattered through the movie makes it great.Frankly, its hard to decipher the actual root cause of the ongoing tragedies in Ogechi's family and that of her brother, because their mother is a devoted christian and a good woman, there was just nothing suspicious about her. However,we got to know the actual problem towards the end of the movie, when everything was revealed.

The whole cast did a good job in bringing their characters to life. The scenes of the pastor and the spiritualist that came to heal Tony of his madness will crack you up,found it quite hilarious.
In terms of technical stuff, video and sound quality sufficed to make you enjoy the movie all the way.

There's one small snag ,and that was the way the movie ended, but the fact remains that the story does offer a high level of emotion, unpredictability and fine performance. The movie is rated 9\10.
