The Exquisite Face Of The Universe 2013 world finale, which took place yesterday, Thursday Dec. 19, had over 30 beauty queens from different countries around the world converge in Lagos for the Exquisite Face Of The Universe crown. 

Miss Dominican Republic, Susan Castano beat thirty one other beauty queens to win the crown after a thorough selection process based on beauty, body, confidence & mannerism. More pics after the cut
